I am so thankful to have always been supported by an encouraging and loving family that lives only a short drive away in Franklin, TN. My husband, Carter, and I recently got married after both graduating in May 2018 from UT. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, shopping, and traveling whenever possible!
WHAT I LIKE MOST ABOUT TEACHING AND WORKING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN:
I consider teaching young children to be one of the most rewarding careers because of the platform to foster a lifelong love for learning. Young children bring curiosity, excitement, and wonder to every day, so I love that every day is different from the one before!
FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE PREK-3 PROGRAM:
I chose the PreK-3 program because of the many hands-on teaching experiences it provides and the opportunity to concentrate my studies on the younger elementary grades I hope to teach.
