What has been the highlight of your practicum experience:
The highlight of my practicum has been working with families and learning more about the law practice, whether it be through observing meditations, court hearings, or writing pleadings.
What has surprised you the most about your practicum experience:
I was surprised by how quickly the days go by despite working for 8 to 4. I think it shows that if you enjoy what you’re doing, it does not really feel like work. At the beginning of this semester, I was unsure of what I wanted to do in this future but this experience has pushed me towards pursuing a career in the legal field.
