I am doing my practicum with UT Extension. Every day is full of exciting new things. The highlight of each day leaving knowing that I making a difference in the Knox County community. Whether it is teaching childcare providers how to help their children or helping the 4H agent with projects for 4th and 5th graders I know that that change is happening. Working with UT Extension there has been several things that has surprised me. The most shocking is trying to keep up with the schedule. Heather Kyle-Harmon has so many different classes that she teaches and so many other projects that she does it was a surprise to see everything we do written on the calendar. Even though the schedule looks overwhelming we always manage to get it done and have a great time doing it.
