Meet Jaylin Grueser at Belle Morris Elementary!
I am an intern in the 2nd grade at Belle Morris Elementary school!
Not only do I have the joy of working with incredible children in the classroom, I get the privilege of being apart of an after school program that is new to our school. The program, Girls on the Run is an amazing enriching program for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade girls that encourages them to take care of themselves physically, mentally and emotionally. This program also helps them learn how to deal with important social issues like bullying, peer pressure, and positive affirmation towards others. In this program we will participate in a 5k to celebrate our hard work as well as to show the girls how much they are capable of! We are also serving a community with a service project completely led by the girls. It is an amazing opportunity to be a coach and I wouldn’t have had this opportunity without the CFS program!
