Teacher Licensure Education Courses

Concentration areas in Early Childhood Education
The PreK–K and PreK–3 tracks contain courses that are designed to meet state licensure requirements as well as emphasizes learning through three basic tenets (1) understanding child development theory in context, (2) examining early childhood education concepts that impact teaching and learning, and (3) providing opportunities to teach in a variety of settings.

For all teacher licensure students, students will follow the requirements designated for the track they are pursuing (PreK–K or PreK–3).
